We weren't junior. We'd done this work for fifteen, twenty years across a dozen companies. We'd implemented every mid-market platform you've heard of and a few you haven't. And we were still here at 11pm, doing manual work that the software should have done.

Where we work.
We deploy and operate four platforms (monday.com, Odoo, Make.com, and Cerri) across the operational footprint of mid-market companies. We run value stream mapping, AI strategy, and AI ROI analysis as standalone strategic engagements when the platform decision isn't yet obvious.
Most of our clients are between $10M and $250M in revenue, often PE-backed or pre-transaction, and most are based in North America. We work remotely with on-site engagements where the work requires walking it in person: manufacturing floors, warehouse operations, multi-site organizations.
If you're below $10M or above $500M in revenue, be transparent about that on the discovery call. Sometimes we're still the right partner, often we know who is.
