monday.com Consultant
About this role
Youâll lead monday.com implementations and rebuilds for mid-market clients. Most engagements fall into two categories: (1) net-new implementations for a company adopting monday.com seriously for the first time, and (2) interventions on existing rollouts that have plateaued: too many boards, broken automations, no governance, sliding adoption.
This is a senior consultative role. Youâll talk to clients directly. Youâll make architectural recommendations that theyâre paying us for, and youâll be expected to defend them. Youâll lead the work, not take orders.
What youâll do
- Run discovery for client engagements, including walking the work where the work happens, not just sitting in conference rooms
- Design board structures, workflows, automations, and integrations that match how a client actually operates
- Build the configurations yourself, or lead a small team that does
- Train client teams to run their own monday.com after we leave. Adoption is the deliverable, not the configuration
- Diagnose plateaued rollouts and produce structured remediation plans
- Help shape how AntlerWing talks about monday.com publicly: case studies, blog posts, conference talks if you want
Who this is for
Youâve run real monday.com implementations end-to-end. Youâve seen them succeed and seen them fail, and you can describe specifically what made the difference. Youâve taught non-technical teams to use the platform without making them feel stupid.
You can talk about monday.com architecture without resorting to vendor marketing language. You have opinions about when to use boards vs subitems, when to use automations vs integrations, and when monday.com is the wrong tool. Youâd rather tell a client they donât need monday.com than sell them a license they shouldnât buy.
monday.com Master certification is a plus but not a requirement. We care more about whether youâve actually shipped.
What you wonât do
- Sell licenses you donât believe in
- Read off implementation playbooks designed for someone elseâs company
- Hand off a configuration without training the client to run it
Compensation
Competitive. We discuss the range early in the process.
